Offering a weekly rotating menu for pick-up on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

The Weekly Menu is posted Sundays on our Online Store and Instagram.

The menu rotates seasonally and all meals are gluten free. We use local and organic ingredients as much as possible, and our main focus is creating delicious meals with performance oriented nutrition.

Meals average $22 each, are sold as an entrée for 1 adult but can oftentimes be split between two people.

Breakfast Taco Fridays

Every Friday from 8:30am-12 noon we’re slinging the best breakfast tacos around. Our breakfast tacos are made entirely from ingredients sourced from VT farms and food businesses. We use organic local eggs and hand press our tortillas. Each taco is made to order. We frequently sell-out so we request that you pre-order through our online store.

I am committed to making all of my meals gluten-free and work hard to maximize my ingredient quality. I use local and organic as much as possible and focus on performance oriented nutrition which means minimizing the addition of refined sugars, conventional dairy, vegetable oils and soy products.  I focus on high quality fats for cooking like avocado oil, organic olive oil, grass-fed local ghee, organic coconut oil, house rendered pork lard and 100% grass fed beef tallow and high quality butter from grass-fed animals.

My cooking style can best be described as casual farm-to-table.  My small kitchen is located in the farm store at Bread and Butter Farm in Shelburne, VT. Bread and Butter Farm raises 100% grass-fed beef, pastured heritage breed pork and organic veggies. In addition to farming activities, the farm is home to an alternative outdoor based education program, a music program for kids called Music for Sprouts and a summer camp.  It is a thriving hub of outdoor and farming activity year-round!

 I work closely with the farm team on sourcing ingredients for my prepared meals. I feature Bread and Butter Farm’s 100% grass-fed beef and pastured pork regularly and partner with other local farms in the area to source vegetables and proteins.  I take pride in my ingredient sourcing and partnerships with local farms.  It makes a difference, not only to our local food and agricultural economy, but to your taste buds as well!
