What started out as an experiment in the summer of 2020 has grown into a weekly offering that both I (Mike) and our customers have come to LOVE. Every Friday from 8:30am-12 noon we’re slinging the best breakfast tacos around. We frequently sell-out so we request that you pre-order through our online store. This helps us prep accordingly and will ensure your order gets filled.
Weather pending, we grill and set-up outside. Right now, our breakfast tacos are for curbside pickup only. NO INDOOR SEATING.
It starts with hand pressed and grilled on-site corn tortillas using fresh masa from All Souls Tortilleria in Burlington. Then we layer local cheddar cheese, organic scrambled eggs from Doolittle Farm, a delicious protein that rotates regularly, chopped local organic red cabbage, local organic scallions and local organic cilantro. Served alongside a small cup of Cholula hot sauce, this makes for a perfect breakfast. Regular proteins are pulled pork using local pastured pork, local chorizo sausage or Barbacoa beef made from Bread and Butter Farm 100% grass-fed beef. Toppings can be customized. All tacos are made to order so you can omit or add toppings when you arrive.
