Speciality Drinks
We offer pour over and Aeropress brewed coffee, butter coffee, performance drinks, and a wide selection of local medicinal tea blends. We make cold brew coffee seasonally. We’re proud to partner with BRIO Coffee works, a local Burlington based roaster for all of our coffee needs!
Butter Coffee?! Yes, we actually put butter in your coffee!! I work with the Larson Family Farm in Wells, VT to bring you the highest quality butter you can get your hands on. They have a small herd of 100% grass-fed registered A2/A2 Jersey dairy cows and produce the most amazing butter on the planet.
How do we do it!? Hot coffee + butter + organic coconut derived MCT oil + Vitamix = life giving AMAZING-NESS!! We have a few tasty riffs on our classic butter coffee that include a mocha version, a maple version and a turmeric version.
Why butter coffee? High quality butter like the stuff we get from the Larson Family Farm has all of the essential nutrients your body needs to thrive. It’s rich in alpha-lipoic acid, beta carotene and vitamin k2. Because of how your body will metabolise the butter relative to the caffeine in the coffee, it keeps you fuller longer, reduces jitters and crashes, provides a slower, more sustained energy high, and kicks the body into fat-burning overdrive first thing in the morning.
Treats
Everything I bake is gluten free and oftentimes grain free. I use a wide variety of flours as a base and layer in high quality ingredients like organic eggs and milk, organic sugar and maple and local organic fruit. We believe that treats should be enjoyed without guilt and without physically feeling like crap afterward! We strive to make our baked goods delicious AND nutrient dense.
